Tropical Oasis

Initially designed as a second home, the client’s fondness for the site grew as the project unfolded, leading them to make it their permanent residence. This impressive dwelling offers a range of exceptional features, such as a first-floor gym, an indoor sports room featuring table tennis and snooker, an open home theatre, and other amenities, providing a superb living experience. A planter made of natural materials has been constructed on the empty slab of the maintenance room, situated to the left of the pool, and has been cleverly concealed with vegetation. The hues of the surrounding plants perfectly match those of the nearby date palms.

A beautiful koi pond enhances the entrance garden of this stunning property. The walls of the house are bordered by a thoughtfully curated group of Conocarpus trees, which will gradually grow taller and provide additional privacy for the occupants in the coming months.

An indoor planter with lighting is adorned by handmade glass bird hangings, adding a touch of nature to the space. Monstera and Bird of Paradise indoor plants are carefully chosen for the planter, which will grow and become denser in the upcoming months.
A ground-floor infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery offers a tranquil setting, complete with the calming sound of trickling water.
Two spaces for date palm trees have been incorporated into the house as the client is particularly fond of them, with one located at the front of the house and the other at the entrance from the main gate, both providing a beautiful sight when illuminated.
Upon exiting the main door, residents are greeted by a pleasant view of the lush lawn, while visitors are welcomed by a beautiful display of greenery before entering the house. A carefully selected plantation has been placed in front of the railing, while a glass panel behind it allows natural light to flow into the basement, which houses an indoor sports area.

Different wire cut brick cladding patterns like herringbone and break joint have been used to play around with the space and the ancient wall clock adds elegance to the design. The distressed wood flooring complements the lounge area and leather-finished Tandur stone flooring complements the foyer. Handpicked loose furniture and accessories are placed to create a striking ambiance.

The double-height ceiling in the dining area creates an impressive sense of space while offering a serene view of the surrounding greenery and the grill, which is positioned 18 feet above the ground for added security. Flowering creepers are slowly covering the grill, adding a touch of natural beauty to the area. Two Heliconia plants, also known as birds of paradise, are thoughtfully placed outside the kitchen area, opposite the dining area.
The terrace showcases striking panoramic views and a pristine, expansive landscape. White Maurya flowers offer a pleasant scent throughout the open space, with no gazebo or covered area to preserve the client’s preference for an open space to entertain guests. Sabera trees with purple blossoms add to the terrace’s beauty and contrast, while palm trees in the corner provide both beauty and privacy. Warm and white-toned lights are used to illuminate the terrace, with profile lighting throughout the plants and minimal use of spike lights.
