Timeless Elegance

Visitors are greeted by a Buddha statue resting on a teal-coloured customized wooden cabinet with planters on the other side. The sliding door is custom-designed with Duco laminate and a metal profile surrounding its border, which doubles as a handle. The office’s flooring is made of seamless Breccia Aurora marble stone in a beige hue, extending throughout the entire space. Moving into the small foyer, an idol of Lord Ganesha rests on a marble top console surrounded by a window behind and a beautiful tall glass partition on the side in a fluted and plain pattern giving a glimpse of the waiting lounge.

Bespoke upholstered sofas in wood and pastel green add a tinge of colour to the waiting lounge. The two corner tables and a centre table crafted from metal and PVD coating and a rug in the centre complement the seating space of the room creating a cosy ambience. Windows are thoughtfully designed to offer views of the lush greenery enveloping the building. The walls and
ceiling of the space are finished with micro concrete
to match the flooring, creating a cohesive and polished look. The frames on the wall showcase a glimpse of the designer’s previous completed projects.

The entrance foyer features a personalized, automated biometric door coated in PVD and adorned with fluted glass. Featuring a Georgian bar design, the conference room boasts Aluminum partitions from
the ‘streamline’ series, adding a touch of contemporary elegance to the space. The conference room walls made with glass provide an illusion of greater space and add a sense of visual expansiveness to the office. A striking art piece sourced from Chennai accents the corner, while a captivating painting on the
wall enhances the overall aesthetic.

On the opposite side of the conference room, a striking Veneer wall features a concealed door, leading to the workstations. At one end of the wall, a large, bespoke tropical-themed wallpaper adds a touch of distinction to the space.

The display counter takes centre stage in the office area. The designer’s expertise in creating stunning jewellery shops is evident in the counter’s design, which showcases various lighting options to help clients find the perfect display for their products. Featuring a hydro-finished travertine stone tabletop and automated changing lights on the ceiling, this display counter offers clients a realistic look and feel of the lighting conditions, allowing them to visualize their products in different settings.

A dark upholstered sofa provides a striking contrast to the otherwise uniform colour scheme, while a custom-made chair featuring two distinct fabric designs adds an element of playfulness and personality to the space.

Porosity is used in furnishings, interior design, and décor. Minimalistic furniture, open wardrobes, mesh chairs et al, help expand the sense of visual openness within the rooms. The bathrooms are transparent with a privacy screen that can be easily slid back allowing the entire geometry of the room to be seen, making it look and feel twice as large.
This luxurious restroom boasts Italian marble walls and floors, jute wallpaper, and wooden rafters that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The antique mirror with a gold finish serves as the centrepiece, adding a touch of old-world charm and sophistication.
The reception area looks elegant with a marble-topped reception table positioned on the opposite side of the Lord Ganesha idol, while an exclusive discussion room designated for architects and contractors lies discreetly behind the reception area.
A grand sliding door serves as the entrance to the sample room, while the brick wall at the far end of the space adds depth and character, creating a perfect backdrop for showcasing an array of products.

The waiting lounge exudes a modern and contemporary European feel, with a seamless blend of classic and contemporary design elements. The lounge features large windows that flood the space with natural light, while a custom-designed centre table and sleek Italian lighting fixtures on the ceiling lend an air of sophistication and grandeur.

The designer’s cabin is a luxurious and inviting space, carefully curated to exude an atmosphere of opulence and comfort. A vibrant orange Chester foam chair, designed exclusively for the room, provides a warm and welcoming focal point. The custom-made table is a work of art, with fluted corners, gold leafing in a champagne finish, and a stunning exotic stone top, evoking a sense of grandeur and sophistication. The hanging lights in the room add an element of drama, while the high ceiling contributes a touch of classic elegance to the overall ambience.
To promote prosperity in the space, a photo frame of Lord Balaji adorned with precious stones has been placed prominently. In a corner of the room, a hand-selected chair from the esteemed Poltrona Frau collection, accompanied by a tall floor-mounted lamp, creates a cosy nook perfect for reading, contemplating, or relaxing.
The workstation area has been designed to prioritize function and practicality while maintaining a simple and elegant aesthetic. The wooden flooring lends a warm and natural feel to the space, while the combination of brown and black furniture creates a sophisticated yet understated colour scheme.
