Unique and innovative by name and practice, Kiasma is a young landscape architecture and art installation studio with offices in Delhi NCR and Hyderabad.

This seaside villa is truly majestic, with a captivating parametric sculpture of horses galloping at the entrance, symbolizing good fortune and prosperity. The grounds are carefully manicured, with two strips of grass dividing the property into distinct sections; one directs visitors to the parking ramp, while the other leads to the grand entrance of the residence.

Landscape to us is an ecologically healthy, culturally sensitive organic fabric with a life of itsown, hence we constantly strive towards blurring the lines between the built and natural. Restraint is our secret weapon which enables us to heighten the sense of space, form and texture in our works.

Aerial view of the villa captures the truly striking geometric patterns of this luxurious residence. The diagonal wall and walkway expertly guide the eye towards the meticulously manicured landscape, while the use of line geometry can be seen throughout the entire property. This attention to detail in the design of the house is truly a sight to behold.

This outdoor area offers a great space for entertaining with its large lawn and swimming pool, as well as a cozy area for smaller gatherings near the outhouse.

Combination of a green wall and gray concrete wall creates an interesting visual when viewed from the exterior. The juxtaposition of the two colours creates a unique dynamic, with alternating hues of green and gray adding depth and texture and also showcasing the designer’s impeccable attention to detail.
