Eshitaa’s journey began with a foundation in Interior Design from INIFD Hyderabad and Interior Styling in London. Three years ago, she launched The Blanche Living in Banjara Hills, driven by her passion for design and influenced by her father’s furniture business. She aims to create stunning interiors that reflect her unique aesthetic while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Eshitaa’s penchant for travel provides constant inspiration, exposing her to diverse architectural styles and design trends. Leveraging technology, she delivers projects efficiently without compromising quality. With the help of 3D modelling, she enhances visualization and expedites the design process, ensuring every detail meets the client’s expectations.
Speaking of her latest project, The Zen House, Eshitaa encountered constraints regarding space, budgets, and wall alterations. To overcome these, she ensured an understanding of the client’s lifestyle, preferences, and tastes through in-depth initial discussions. Leveraging designs, mood boards, and visualizations, she ensured alignment and continuously collected feedback throughout the design process. This approach addressed the challenges posed by the project and allowed for a more personalized and tailored design solution that met the client’s expectations.
Natural elements, such as rocks and plants combined with paneling, were integrated to meet the client’s preference for a minimal, green space. This approach also accommodates the needs of the young children, ensuring an open, inviting atmosphere for play. Her favorite design element in the house is the paneled emphasizing wall that unites the main living and dining areas. It maintains a distinct, subtle effect of a feature wall standing out.

In describing the dining room, the spotlight is on the dining wall’s unique quality, accentuated by mirrors that strategically fill the space with light and depth, creating an illusion of greater size. This intentional integration of reflective surfaces not only enhances the room’s aesthetic allure but also fosters an atmosphere of spaciousness and airiness. Complementing this effect, lighting fixtures above the dining table add warmth and intimacy to the room’s ambiance. Marble accents throughout exude elegance, while grey-colored chairs contribute to a modern and versatile aesthetic. Such meticulous attention to detail underscores a commitment to both visual appeal and functional design principles, resulting in a dining space that is both visually stunning and welcoming for gatherings and meals.
