School of Architecture in London, specializing in AA Design Research Lab (AADRL), and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pune University, Rajat’s academic foundation is both versatile and profound.
In 2020, Rajat co-founded MakeSpace Architects alongside partner Naina Reddy. Armed with degrees from the Architectural Association School of Architecture and experiences gained in London, they embarked on a journey to establish an experimental studio in India. MakeSpace Architects, driven by research-infused design, specializes in Architecture, Interior Design, and Urban Design.

A wall adorned with colourful plates symbolises the essence of this unique project. The colourful plates embrace a clean, zen-like design, harmoniously blending the hues of nature with the warmth of family relationships, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Opposite the mirrored glass, bougainvillaea plants add a touch of natural beauty that evolves with time.
Study area nestled within the same room, yet distinctly separate. Adjacent to the bed, a continuous rug extends gracefully towards the in-room study space, thoughtfully designed for both studying and doing office work. The study area with a sleek metal and wood table is strategically placed in the corner which has enough natural sunlight.
