Drawing inspiration from architectural icons like Piero Lissoni and Patricia Urquiola, he infuses LUXURIO with cutting-edge creativity.

As the head of LUXURIO’s Concept team, Geetesh’s expertise is unmatched, having lent his artistic touch to over 30 projects for national and international brands. His design philosophy revolves around creating personalized spaces that reflect the unique essence of each individual. With an innate ability to harmonize

The inception of LUXURIO in 2016 marked a significant evolution in India’s furniture industry, orchestrated by Geetesh Agarwal and his team. Stemming from the family’s longstanding association with Made in India furniture and homes, LUXURIO is the culmination of generations of accumulated expertise. In response to the changing dynamics of global markets and the rise of shopping tourism, LUXURIO was conceived as a bridge between world design and India’s rich lifestyle tapestry.

The client aspired to a Royal and Grand elevation, steering clear of contemporary trends. As a result, the architectural blueprint was tailored to encompass a classical look.

A substantial amount of careful consideration was invested in the material selection process, encompassing options like marble and FRP, among others. The chosen materials needed to exude an aura of magnificence for the facade, while still adhering to the client’s financial constraints and necessitating minimal maintenance. However, both marble and sandstone were dismissed as they proved impractical due to their weight and incompatibility with the structural framework.

Proficient craftsmen skilled in the artistry of temple work were enlisted to produce cement moulds directly on the premises to fulfil the prerequisites of visual appeal, cost-effectiveness, and ease of upkeep. These moulds played a pivotal role in achieving the desired visual impact without compromising practicality. To achieve a seamless and unified visual effect, intricate hand carvings are meticulously rendered within cement moulds, which are subsequently treated with paint. The balcony and window grills are crafted from MS Metal and coated in a black finish.

A vibrant garden grass wall is incorporated, featuring hexagonal mirrors to enhance the overall ambience. The dining table consists of two components, the tabletop, fashioned from pristine white Onyx, boasts an exquisite brass inlay. Hanging above the dining table, a bespoke chandelier of identical dimensions adds a harmonious touch. In the kitchen, an inverted fluted design creates a unique visual appeal. The island, crowned with a quartz stone top, serves a dual role. It offers convenient storage and can also function as an additional table for larger gatherings.

The parents bedroom is done in soothing cream and brown tones. A unique artwork piece adorns the wall behind the bed, featuring special satin cloth that mimics the charming folds of a croissant. The bed itself showcases a blend of light cream fabric and leather – the body is upholstered in fabric, while the backrest is made with leather. Complementing the theme, the sofa is also crafted from luxurious leather.

To accentuate the white and subtle-coloured furnishings, the flooring features striking patterns in cream and maroon colour. This deliberate choice highlights the beauty of the furniture arrangement in the room.

Spanning a generous area, this room accommodates an array of amenities to fulfil the younger son’s desires. In addition to the bed, the room boasts a well-equipped study table, a basketball net, a designated grass patch for exercise, as well as metal rods suspended above the grass patch.

Located at the far end of the nail display wall lies the drying area boasting a fluid design which entails the seamless integration of an overhead beam and a column. The wall here is adorned with a blend of white and blue colours to captivate and engage the clients, waiting in the drying area, thus keeping monotony at bay.

Enlivening the ambience is a specially curated vibrant wall, adorned in a captivating blend of serene blue and pristine white. Deliberately designed to captivate and engage, this artful backdrop ensures that every moment spent within the drying area is an experience of sheer delight. Bid farewell to dull moments as you revel in a mesmerizing vista that keeps monotony at bay.

The elder son’s room emanates a bold and captivating blend of orange and black hues. The wooden backdrop behind the bed is adorned with leather. Positioned at the centre of this orange wall is a captivating composition: a black marble mirror with an image portraying a cityscape where a lion gazes intently at the urban landscape.

Inside the lobby, two maroon walls frame a cherished family portrait, flanked by a pair of inviting blue chairs. One side of the lobby combines wood at the lower portion with elegant wallpaper gracing the upper section. The vibrant red door on one side opens to the home theatre. Intentionally, the lobby floor is kept simple to emphasize the intricate ceiling designs, in contrast to the bolder floor colours seen elsewhere in the house.

The ceiling adorned with a bronze mirror not only enhances the sense of visual height but also exudes a grand ambience. In a corner stands an impressive temple, while the formal area features a generously sized customized leather sofa. The sofa, along with a central table crafted from black Marquina stone and other furnishings, is deliberately designed without straight lines or sharp corners, aligning perfectly with the client’s preferences. The flooring boasts white satvario marble and the Mandir is constructed from pure Vietnam white marble. A wall is elegantly clad with wooden veneer, showcasing a refined lamination finish. Certain walls are done to give a neo-classical look, featuring intricate light motifs and consistent pearl duco finishing.

The living room boasts an impressive double-height ceiling that contributes to its grandeur. Responding to the client’s desire for a fireplace reminiscent of their US residence, the TV unit has been ingeniously transformed into a dual-purpose element. It is designed to resemble a fireplace while serving its original function as a TV unit. Above this unit, a mirrored wall is adorned with intricately detailed Onyx stone, creating an elegant focal point.

Behind the sofa, a Lotus canopy crowns the space, echos the client’s aspiration for a lavish and opulent home. The central panel, characterized by varying depths, features a luxurious pearl Duco finish, with a black Marquina stone centerpiece. Despite the challenge of limited space, the client’s vision of a grand and beautiful home is elegantly realized in the living room’s design. Tall curtains cascading from the ceiling, a custom 15-foot sofa, and a mirrored wall collectively infuse the space with an elevated sense of height and magnificence. The flooring showcases a neo-classical design, employing a black and white marble pattern that tastefully complements the understated yet lavish furnishings in the living room.

The younger son’s bedroom is beautifully adorned with various shades of blue. Coordinated colour scheme is evident throughout the room – the green centre of the bed harmonizes with the green wardrobes, while the TV unit features hues of blue that correspond to the colours of the study table, transitioning from light blue to deep blue.

The master bedroom boasts an expansive layout that provides distinct spaces for family members, including individual foyers, separate living areas, private bedrooms, personal changing rooms, and bathrooms. Within the master bedroom, two distinct types of flooring are employed: a solid grey and a patterned design. The living area and other spaces housing furniture are adorned with patterned flooring. A sizable self-designed stone frame takes centre stage in front of the bed. Throughout the bedroom, stone elements dominate, encompassing walls, arches, and pillars. The design concept revolves around uniformity, with the ceiling, flooring, and walls featuring consistent elements. A maroon hue, apart from the predominant grey, graces the sofa and the wall behind the bed. The central dome-shaped ceiling exudes a regal ambience, akin to a palace. The other ceiling features CNC-finished designs, beautifully concealing the beam, while specially sourced lights contribute to the room’s palace-like atmosphere.

The flooring creatively demarcates two distinct sections: one features a striking zebra pattern design, while the other boasts the charm of wooden textured tiles. The ceiling showcases a
linear design ingeniously concealing the underlying beam. This design not only enhances the room’s aesthetic appeal but also imparts a sense of spaciousness.

The home theatre is elegantly designed in a sophisticated graphite grey palette and stunning mustard-coloured recliner chairs. The room features an expansive home theatre setup, with the screen wall stretching seam-lessly from end to end. The flexible floor seating arrangement allows the space to transform into a versatile multi-purpose area, perfect for hosting parties or even doubling as a dance floor.
